Ambassadors are leaders who believe in the mission

Mission:  To support the mission of Crossing the bridge programs, which is to collaborate with and assist the Community. To assist with Crossing the Bridge Father initiative program, Re-entry program, Youth Mentorship and What about the Children program, employment programs, Behavioral, health, and mental health programs, Job readiness, legal services, and basic need assistance. To advocate and lead ambassadors through teams.

Job Description for an Ambassador: To follow the mission of an Ambassador of Crossing the bridge. To have an engaging personality as you seek to advance the mission in a successful way. To ensure all requirements to be an ambassador are met

Requirements to be an ambassador

• Fill out on-line application for Team leader and team
• Attend mandatory trainings
• Sign a Conflict-of-interest policy
• Have a smart phone for Apps
• Have a computer or tablet for virtual meetings
• Attend meetings
  • In person
  • Virtual
• Purchase Marketing materials for team leaders, and teams to highlight Crossing the bridge programs
• Attend and host events
• Advocate for Crossing the bridge
• Speak publicly about Crossing the bridge programs
